As you get familiar with ShipIntel, you'll notice that selecting a vessel or port displays an information card with a menu of blue buttons. These buttons serve as shortcuts to various features in ShipAtlas. In this guide, we’ll explain the purpose of each button.

You can find the Blue Button Menu in information cards for both vessels and ports.

The Blue Button Menu in Information Cards

The Blue Button Menu can be accessed by opening a vessel's or port's information card.

  • The Clock Icon: "Voyage History"
This shortcut takes you to the voyage history of the selected vessel.

  • The Route Icon: "Create Route"
Click this button to create a sea route involving the selected vessel or port.

  • The List Icon: "Add to List"
Use this button to add a vessel or port to an existing list, or create a new list.

  • The List Icon: ""Add a Note"

Click this button to add a note to the vessel or port.

  • The Bell Icon: "Notifications"
This button lets you set up notifications for various events related to vessels and ports.

  • The Camera Icon: "Add a Photo"

This button allows you to easily upload an image to the selected port or vessel. Note that on vessel information cards, you must open the card completely to access the feature.
