Team cargo list (with ChatGPT assistance)

Add as many cargoes as you want - manually or with assistance from ChatGPT. Paste an email quote to auto-populate cargo details.

How to create a Voyage Calculation In ShipIntel

1) Entering Cargo List on the left hand side menu:

2) Here you will find your cargo library. You can add a new cargo manually, or use our Cargo Email AI. Please see our seperate guide on how you can set this up.

4) Creating new cargo: You can create a new cargo by clicking the "New cargo" in the top right corner.

When creating a new cargo, you can choose to both to fill it out manually or by autofilling from a cargo quote. If you wish to do it manually, please add all your cargo information in the different fields.

5) Autofilling cargo quote: ShipIntel allows you to autofill cargo information from cargo quote. To do so, please press "Autofill from cargo quote"

5) Fill out the cargo quote and press parse. Find that the fields will autofill. Fill out any remaining fields that needs filling out and press save. You will then find your new cargo in your cargo library.

Creating Voyage Calculations from your Cargo List

1) To create a Voyage Calculation from the Cargo List, please check the squares of the left hand side of the cargo. Please note that you can only create Voyage Calculations of cargoes that are marked as "Open". If you wish to use a cargo already in calculation, you need to make a copy of the cargo (This can be done on the far right side of the cargo by clicking the three dots) or by going into the existing calculation.

2) Press "2 selected, and press "create precalcs"

3) Find that a new Voyage Calculation has opened.
