All chartering desk need to quickly know when their vessels are open and need to be fixed. In ShipIntel you can set up your team's fleet list, similar to what you do on your whiteboard so you have your fleet's positions in your pocket.

Find when and in which port the vessels are open, so you quickly can run pre-voyage calculation for any of the cargoes in your cargo list when they matches your open positions.

In the team fleet view you can also assign responsibilities for the vessels to any of your colleagues. You can auto parse daily reports from the vessels, use the AIS information or make changes to vessels manually. The team fleet is a free feature and is a part of the voyage calculation module.

How To Use The Fleet List Function:

1) When entering the "Fleet" feature, the first site you will see will be the overview page:

2) Get started: click the "Add vessels" button to add a vessel and get started with viewing your fleet.

3) Adding and assigning vessels: Search for the vessels in your fleet. Assign the vessel to your different team members. When you do so, the vessel will be added to your fleet list.

4) Adding next open port, ETA and ETD: When you have added vessels to your fleet list, you can add where they are next open, their ETA and ETD.
