1) To get started, press the "Cargo Email AI" tag on the left hand menu:

2) To set up your new cargo inbox, please follow the steps that you find on the starting page. Start by inputing what you want this inbox to be called, e.g. Chartering emails, dry cargo, etc

3) This will give you your own private email address to use for forwarding cargos to you and your team in ShipIntel. You can copy the email address by pressing the button called "Copy email address".

4) You can forward emails manually by:

Open the email you want to forward emails from, and forward emails to your private unique email address shown below.

5) Configure automatic email forwarding

Open your mailbox and follow your mail server's system policy for forwarding email using the private unique email address shown below. You might also need to contact your IT department to follow your company's IT policy.
