ShipIntel's vessel lists empower you to efficiently organize and track specific ships, providing quick access to essential information and real-time movement updates. Let’s get started! This guide will cover:

  • Accessing key live AIS information for vessels in your lists

  • Adding and viewing team notes for improved collaboration

  • Viewing your vessel list on the ShipIntel map from My Resources

  • Displaying multiple lists simultaneously

To manage or edit your vessel lists, head to "Team Resources" by tapping the folder icon in the main menu. Then, select "Vessel lists".

How to Access Live AIS Information

  1. Navigate to "Vessel Lists" and select the vessel you want to open.

  2. After opening a vessel list, find the vessel you're interested in and tap on it.

  3. This will open an information card displaying key live AIS details. To view all available information, tap "See More."

How to Add Team Notes

  1. Open a vessel list and tap "Team Notes".

  2. A pop-up will display all previous team notes. To add a new one, tap "New Note".

  3. Enter your note and click "Save".

Note: To delete an existing note, open "Team Notes" again, tap the note you want to remove, and select the trash bin icon.

How to Display Your Vessel List on the ShipIntel Map

  1. Navigate to "Vessel Lists", find the vessel list of interest, and tap the bullet menu on the right side.

  2. A pop-up menu will appear. To view your vessel list on the ShipIntel map, tap "Find in Map."

  3. ShipIntel will automatically display the vessels from your list on the map. Access information about each vessel by swiping through the vessel cards at the bottom of your screen.

How to View Multiple Vessel Lists at Once

  1. Navigate to the ShipIntel map and tap the vessel icon below the search bar.

  2. The vessel segment menu will appear. To access your vessel lists, tap "Lists" at the top of the menu.

  3. Select the vessel list you want to display on your map by tapping the grey button next to it. You can view multiple lists simultaneously; the button will turn blue to confirm your selection.

  4. When you’re satisfied with your choices, close the menu by tapping outside of it or dragging it down. ShipIntel will display the vessel lists on the map. Access information about each vessel by swiping through the vessel cards at the bottom of your screen.

Note that: You can add ShipIntel map layers to better study the routes of your vessels.
