Documents
The Documents Center in ShipIntel is your team's hub for managing all documents related to vessels, ports, and vessel lists. It is designed to streamline document organization and ensure that all team members have easy access to important information.

Have all documents uploaded throughout ShipIntel available at one place. Quickly find your team documents attached to vessels, ports, lists and more.
Attach Vessel Documents & Files
CP, technical details, GA plan, capacity plans, etc.
Attach Port Documents and Files
Attach any port documents such as: terminals specs, technical requirements, agent info, etc.
Attach Documents & Files from Lists
Attach any document for Vessel Lists and Port List and find them easily in the Documents Center.

Viewing and Managing Documents
From the ShipIntel Documents Center, you will see all the documents uploaded throughout ShipIntel, for vessels, ports, lists and so on.
Layout of the Documents Center:
Left Panel: Documents attached to vessels and vessel lists.
Right Panel: Documents attached to ports.
Each entry shows the number of documents uploaded to each vessel, vessel list, or port.
Viewing a Document
To view a document, simply click on any document from the list. You will be directed to a detailed view of the document.
Toggle between the "Documents and drawings" and "Photos and images" tabs to switch between different types of files.
Uploading Documents
To upload a document or a file, navigate to the Vessel, Port, Vessel List or Port List you want to attach documents to.
Click on the "Documents and drawings" tab or the "Photos and images" tab
Click on "Upload documents", "New Album" or "Add photos" depending on the type of file you want to upload
From the small popup screen or drag and drop your files to upload.
Vessel Documents
Clicking on Vessel Document will lead you to the Vessel Information Card for the given vessel. You can also access it directly from the Vessel Card itself.
Toggle between the "Documents and drawings" and "photos and images" tabs to switch between type of document and file.

Vessel List Documents
Click on the document attached to the vessel list from the list to view it or add additional documents and files. You can also access it directly from the Vessel List itself.

Port Documents
Click on the document attached to the vessel from the list to view it or add additional documents and files. You can also access it directly from the Port itself.
Toggle between the tabs to view the different types of files.
