We have made teamwork in ShipIntel easy and efficient. You can invite your colleagues to your team, set up several teams, and be notified when someone in your team has updated some information. Send data to selected external partners or find the team's activity in a user log.
Manage your team:
1) To manage your team in ShipIntel, please go to the "my profile" page by clicking on the personal logo in the lower left corner:
2) Choose from the "Manage Team" menu to the left:
Members: Here you will see the owner of the team and the name of the team. You can also change the name of your team. This is also the place to be if you would like to invite new members to your team.
The team owner, has the option to lock a domain. When domain lock is enabled, only users with email addresses from the specified domain will be able to join the team. This is done by clicking "Settings" in the "Manage Team" tab.
Team members:
Members: here you can see all members of the team, pending invites and deactivated members.
Deactivated members: if you have deactivated one or more users you will see them here.
Pending invites: If you have invited new members to your team you will find them here, together with an invite status.
Change team: In ShipIntel you can be a part of several teams depending on your needs and wants. If you are a part of more then one team you can change between them here.
