ShipIntel Mobile: How to Sign In & Out

In this article, we explain how to sign in and out of your ShipIntel account using the mobile app.

This guide only applies to those who have already created a user in ShipIntel.


With ShipIntel, you can sign in on multiple devices at once. Your data will synced across all your devices, so you'll have seamless access no matter where you are! You can sign in using your email or a Microsoft account. Note that to get your devices synced, you will have to choose the same login method on all of them.


How to Sign in to ShipIntel

Let's say you just registered an account on your laptop. Now, you want to have your data synced over to your new iPhone. All it requires is for you to log in on your new iPhone as well.

  • Open the app and click on the "Sign in" button.

  • Choose between the Microsoft sign-in or the email.

If You Choose the Microsoft Sign-In:

  • Click on the white Microsoft button and follow the steps provided by the supplier.

If You Chose the Email Sign-In:

  • Click on the email section and type in the same email and password as you use on your laptop. If you want to see the signs that are written while typing your password, click on the eye icon with a slash line over it. When done correctly, the slash line will disappear.

  • When you have typed in your password, click on the "Sign in" button.


How to Sign out of ShipIntel

Step 1 & 2:

  • In the main menu, click the person-shaped icon to open "My Settings."

  • Then, select "My Account" and tap on "Log out".
