In ShipIntel, you can access our platform on both web and through our mobile app.
This gives you the flexibility to use it on different devices simultaneously. This web and mobile solution ensures that your information remains synchronized across your devices, providing seamless access to your data - whether you are by your desk or on the road.
Step 1: Log In
1) To log in to your ShipIntel account on a new device you have to open your preferred browser and go to: https://pro.maritimeoptima.com/select
2) Click on the "Login" button.
3) Choose between using "Login with Microsoft" or log in with your personal email.
Note that for you to be able to get your devices synced,
You will have to choose the same login as you used on your mobile.
Log In with Microsoft SSO (Single Sign-On): Click on "Login with Microsoft" button and follow the steps. This will bring you to the ShipIntel webpage, successfully logged in.
Or
Log In with Email: Click on the email section at the login. Type in the same email and password as you registered with previously. Once the email and password are entered, click on the "Log in" button.
If you want to see the signs that are written while typing your password, click on the eye icon with a slash line over it. When done correctly, the slash line will disappear.
Step 2: Log Out
1) Click on the "My Profile" icon at the bottom of the left corner of your screen.
2) Click on the "Sign out" button at the top of the right corner of your screen.
