How to Manage Your ShipIntel Profile and Account Settings

In this guide, you will learn how to manage your account in ShipIntel.

Now that you have set up an account in ShipIntel, it is time you learn how to manage it.

How to Access Your Profile Settings

1) Click on your personal icon in the left corner at the bottom of your screen.

This will bring you to the "My Profile" page in ShipIntel. In the screenshot below the personal icon is "Demo ShipIntel".

2) On the "My Profile" page you can edit your account settings and your profile, and access our ShipIntel customer support.

On your profile you will also see your team details such as; the team's current plan, available features, active members and the team owner.

From your profile, you can also change teams if you are part of more than one ShipIntel Team.

You will also find the Activity log, User guide, Tutorial, Terms and Conditions and QR-codes to download the ShipIntel app for iPhone and Android.


How to Edit Your Account Details

1) You can edit your account details in the "My profile" view by pressing "Edit profile".

2) After editing remember to press "Save changes".
