ShipAtlas has sorted ships into 14 different segments. You can either enable all ship segments on the map or select only the ones you want to see. In this guide we will show you how to do it.
Step 1:
Make sure your screen shows the map page in ShipAtlas, then click on the button with a ship icon, located at the top-right corner of your screen. A list of different ships segments will appear.
Step 2:
As shown in the screenshot below, we currently have 6 ship segments enabled on the map (if the toggle button is blue it means that the given segment is enabled).
However, ship segments with a grey toggle button are not displayed currently on the map.
Step 3 & 4:
Suppose you want to view only fishing vessels on the map.
To do this, first disable the currently enabled ship segments by clicking the blue toggle button next to each one.
Then, enable the fishing vessel segment by clicking the grey toggle button next to it, which will turn blue. Finally, close the ship segments menu, and you will see only the fishing vessel segment displayed on the map.
Note: You can enable all ship segments on the map by clicking the toggle button next to "Show all ships" at the top of the ship segment menu. Additionally, if you have a lot of segments enabled, and you want to start with a empty map again, click this toggle button twice to remove all vessels.
Congratulations! π
You now know how to add and remove ship segments to your map!
