In this guide, we will explain how to update or change your credit card information in ShipAtlas.

Sometimes the card used for your ShipAtlas payment expires or is no longer in use. When this happens, you'll need to update or change your credit card information in Stripe. Fortunately, ShipAtlas makes this an easy fix!


How to Update Your Credit Card Information

Step 1:

Navigate to the "My Profile" page in ShipAtlas by clicking on your icon at the bottom of the ShipAtlas menu.

Step 2:

Under your profile, you'll see a section called "Your Plan" followed by the name of your current subscription plan. Click on the blue "Manage subscription" button next to it.

ShipAtlas will bring you to a billing page in Stripe.

Step 3:

To change your credit card information click on "+ Add payment method" below the "Payment method" section in Stripe.

Add your new credit card by filling in the information required. When you are done click on "Add".

Note: After you have filled in your credit card information, you may be asked to save your info for secure 1-click checkout with Link. This is an optional choice.

Step 4:

Your new credit card will automatically be set as the default payment method.

If you no longer need your old credit card information, you can click on the three dots next to its expiration date. A pop-up will appear, giving you the chance to delete your old card. If you click "Delete", you will be asked to confirm your choice.

Return to ShipAtlas by clicking on "Return to Maritime Optima AS" on the left side of your screen.
