In this quide you can find out how to update or change your credit card information, in case it has expired or you have changed your banking services provider.
Step 1:
Once you have logged into your ShipAtlas account, click on your profile name (located at the bottom-left corner of your screen)
Step 2:
After the "My Profile"-page opens up, click on "Manage subscription"-button. After clicking on "Manage subscription" button, you will be taken to our payment management page within Stripe.
Step 3:
If your card has expired or you have changed your banking service provider, you will have to add a new payment method, which can be done under the "Payment method" section.
To update your credit card information, click on "+ Add payment method" and complete the information required afterwards.
Step 4:
Once you have added the neccesary information, make sure that "Use as default payment method" box is ticked and then confirm the changes by clicking on "Add" button.
Now you have successfully updated your credit card information and can continue to enjoy ShipAtlas subscriptions without any worries! ๐ข๐ฐ๏ธ
