just like the one you are reading right now! There are two options how to access our user guides from ShipAtlas mobile app. Everyone likes when things are easy to access and explained simply! Therefore, we have created two ways of accesing the user guide for the ShipAtlas.
Option 1
Step 1 & 2:
Go to "My Profile" page, then click on the "Help" section.
Step 3 & 4:
Choose the option that says "User Guide" in the pop-up that appears. Please note that ShipAtlas will automatically bring you to our website. Once the guide page is open, read the descriptions of the guides and open the user guide that best fits your question.

Option 2
Step 1, 2 & 3:
1) Go to "My Profile" page, then click on the "Help" section and choose the option that says "Chat" in the pop-up that appears.
2) As the chat section pops up, scroll down to the bottom. There you should see "Guide for ShipAtlas Mobile" article
3) Click on the "Guide For ShipAtlas Mobile" and it will automatically bring you to our website. Once the website for guides is open, read the descriptions of the guides and open the user guide that best fits your question.
