Now that you have set up an account in ShipAtlas, it is time you learn how to manage it. The first thing we are going to look at is how to manage your account details.


How to Access Your Profile Settings

Click on your personal icon in the left corner at the bottom of your screen.

This will bring you to the "My Profile" page in ShipAtlas.

Here you can edit your account settings and access our ShipAtlas customer support. This is also where you will find the EULA, subscription agreement, cookie policy, and privacy policy.

How to Edit Your Account Details

Step 1

Click on the button that says "Edit Account Details".

It is accessible at the top of your screen next to the "Change Password" button in the right corner.

Step 2

A pop-up should appear on your screen.

Here you can edit your company's name, the type of your company

(a description of what type of services your company performs) and describe your work responsibility within the company.

When you are happy with your changes, click on the "Save" button in the lower right corner of the pop-up. Your details will now be visible on your profile in ShipAtlas.
