How to Add notes to a Vessel or Port

Step 1

1) Open the information card of a chosen port or vessel

2) Click on "My Notes" button in the blue button menu.

Step 2

A pop-up will open and you now get two choices:

1. Edit a previous note by clicking on it and making the changes you want.

2. Add a new note by clicking on "New Note" and add the comment.

When you have opened a note you are also able to share your note by clicking on the link icon in the upper right corner. Next to it is the delete button where you can delete your note, if needed.

How to Access Your Notes from "My Resources"

Step 1

Go to "My Resources" and click on the "Notes" section.

You now see an overview of all your notes in ShipAtlas.

If you want to change or delete any of them, click on the vessel or port and repeat the steps explained above.
