In this guide, we will explain how to add different map layers to your ShipAtlas map in ShipAtlas mobile app to always stay informed about latest happenings.

Note: By choosing satellite map style, map layers are not available. In addition, you can add multiple map layers at a time!

Make sure your screen shows the map page in ShipAtlas.

Ensure your screen is displaying the map page in ShipAtlas. Click on the paintbrush icon located under the search bar to open the map layers menu.

Select your preferred map layer by clicking on it, and the blue highlight will confirm your selection. You can select multiple map layers to be displayed on the map at once.

To deselect and remove chosen map layer from the map, simply click on it one more time. Once it has been deselected, the blue highlight will disappear.

After choosing your map layer, close the pop-up by dragging it down or clicking above it.

You can choose between: ECA/SECA, INL, Polar Codes, Sea Ice, Canals, EEZ, Load Lines, Anti Shipping Activities, War Zones, and Wind Farms.
