How to Open Our Customer Support Chat

Step 1

1) Go to "My Profile" and click on the "Help" section.

2) Once you have done this, click on "Chat".


Step 2

You have now opened the chat and can choose between two options.

Option 1 - Start a new conversation.

To do this, click on the "Send us a message" button and start typing!

We try to answer all our customers within 12 hours.

Option 2 - continue your last conversation with us

Just click on "See all your conversations".

Once the conversation list opens up, just click on the latest message in your chat and continue the conversation.

However, if you are wondering about something that you recall asking us about before then feel free to revisit any other previous chat by simply clicking on it.

Note that you can also access our customer support chat on our website by clicking on a blue circle with a chat symbol, just like the one you see on the iPhone on the right side.
