How to Open Our Customer Support Chat
Go to "My Profile" and click on the "Help" section.
Once you have done this, click on "Chat".
You have now opened the chat and can choose between two options.
Start a new conversation.
To do this, click on the "Send us a message" button and start typing!
We try to answer all our customers within 12 hours.
Continue your last conversation with us.
Just click on the latest message in your latest chat and continue the conversation.
Read earlier conversations with us.
Just click on "See all your conversations". Then start scrolling and click on whatever previous conversation you want to read. This could be very helpful if you are wondering about something you recall asking us about before.
Note that you can also access our customer support chat on our website by clicking on a blue circle with a chat symbol, just like the one you see on the iPhone on the right side.

ShipAtlas will automatically bring you to our website.
