How to restore a forgotten password
If you are using ShipAtlas on your mobile phone, follow the same steps.
Select Login and then "Forgot password?"
Enter your e-mail address, click on "Send me my link" button
Check the e-mail with a reset link in your email box
Follow the link and set up the new password
Select Login and then click on "Forgot password?"
Enter your e-mail address and then click on "Send me my link" button
Now you should get an e-mail with a reset link in your email box. if you don't see it, please check your Spam or Promotions folders
Follow the link in the email and set up the new password
Note, that if you haven't been using your ShipAtlas account for a while and forgot your password, and if you try to register again using the same email address, you can get an error message. It can happen because we still have a user with such an email address in our database, and your old account is still active.
The best thing to do then, is restore the forgotten password, as described above. If you experience any troubles, please reach out to us, and our customer support agents will assist you.
