With the ShipAtlas Standard plan on the web, you can unlock up to 5 ships in various ways. If you wish to explore and learn more about ships you don't yet know, you can unlock them directly from the map. This guide will walk you through the process on how to do it in the ShipAtlas Web application.

Note: This action can be performed if you have at least one available slot for ship unlocking. If you don't have available slots, check out our guide on how to remove already unlocked ships under ShipAtlas Standard plan.

Step 1:

Zoom in on the area or ship you're interested in and hover your cursor over the ship's icon. A pop-up will appear, displaying an "Unlock ship" button. Click this button if you want to unlock the ship.

Once unlocked, the ship will be marked on your map with a yellow star around its icon for easy identification. You can always overview your unlocked ships by clicking on "Unlocked Ships" section in the sidebar menu.
