Change Your Subscription Plan - ShipAtlas Mobile

In this article, we will explain how to change your subscription in the ShipAtlas mobile app.

This guide is meant for all users who started their subscription through the ShipAtlas mobile app.

If you started your subscription in the web version of ShipAtlas you will have to change your subscription plan through there. You can learn more about how to do it HERE.


Whether you want to upgrade or downgrade, it is an easy fix in the ShipAtlas mobile app.

Step 1 & 2:

Open your ShipAtlas app and click the person icon in the main menu, then select "Subscription Plans."

Your current subscription will be displayed when the new screen opens. For instance, if you are currently on a Standard plan and want to switch to Premium, simply click on the Premium subscription and follow the steps provided by your supplier. To get more details about each subscription, click on them to view the information slides.

Note: Usually, the date of the monthly payment of your subscription does not match the date of your change of subscription. Therefore, it is normal that you will continue to have access to all the paid features until your last subscription payment runs out.
