Ship Unlocks provide one week of access to essential AIS information for a specific ship with a single, non-recurring payment. By unlocking a specific ship, you'll receive the following information:
Live AIS position
Current track
Last and next port with estimated arrival time
Navigational status
Lat & long coordinates
Current speed
This payment method is only available on the ShipAtlas mobile app, currently in 5 countries: Indonesia, India, Malaysia, Philippines, and Myanmar.
How to Unlock AIS information for an individual ship?
Step 1:
Use our search bar to find the ship you're interested in and click on it
Step 2:
Once the ship is displayed on the map with its information card, click on "Upgrade now" button, which will lead you to our Plans & Pricing page.
Step 3:
Click on the vessel's card/name, under the section named "Single Payment"
Step 4:
Click on the blue "Unlock" button, to unlock the AIS information for the ship of your interest for 7 days.
Step 5:
Congratulations, you have unlocked AIS information for a ship of your interest! After you have unlocked the ship successfully, it will then be displayed on the map with a yellow star - for you to easily notice and follow it on the map at all times.
