In this article, we will explain how you can access your invoice in ShipAtlas.

This guide is meant for all users who started their subscription through the ShipAtlas Web version.

With ShipAtlas, accessing your subscription payment invoice is quick and straightforward. Follow this guide to find and download your invoice.

How to Access Your Invoice

Step 1:

Open ShipAtlas and go to "My Profile" by clicking on your icon in the left corner at the bottom of your screen.

Step 2:

Under your profile, you'll see a section called "Your Plan" followed by the name of your current subscription plan. Click on the blue "Manage subscription" button next to it.

Step 3:

ShipAtlas will take you to Stripe, where you will get detailed information about your payment. At the bottom of the screen, it should be a section called "Invoice History".

Note: You may have to scroll down to see it.

In this section, you will see your payment date with an "Open File" icon next to it. Click on either the date or the icon to access your invoice.

Step 4:

Stripe will open a new tab for you where you can download both the invoice and/or the receipt.
