Sometimes, after purchasing your subscription, the app may not immediately register the upgrade. To address this, we have provided an alternative method to access your subscription if the app takes too long to update. This guide explains how to reinstate your subscription.

Step 1:

In the ShipAtlas app, go to "My Profile" by clicking on the icon of a person at the bottom of the screen. In order for you to reinstate your subscription, you will need to open the overview of the subscription plans in ShipAtlas. To do this click on "Upgrade" button.

Step 2:

On the next page, you will see an overview of the different subscription plans in ShipAtlas, and at the bottom of your screen you should be able to see a blue text saying: "Already subscribed?", proceed by clicking on it.

After having clicked on the "Already Subscribed?" button a pop-up will appear on your screen stating that an active subscription has been found. Now, you can simply close the pop-up and start using your new subscription.😊

Note that: In some cases, you might not be able to see this text. This could be an issue regarding the display and text size on your phone. Typically, this applies to users who have enlargened their text or emboldened their text. In order to access the blue button in ShipAtlas, you will in this case have to return the display and text size back to the standard design.

To be able to see this button, please proceed with the instructions provided below depending on the device you use. After changes have been made, return to the app and follow the steps mentioned above.
