In this guide, we will explain how you delete your ShipAtlas Account.

Want to delete your user in ShipAtlas?

We are sad to see you go, but as always we prioritize our customer support.

So this guide will help you to delete your account from our Web platform.

How to Delete Your ShipAtlas Account

Step 1

Go to "My Profile" in ShipAtlas.

You will be brought to the page below, where you can see the "Delete Your Account" button written in red text on the right side of your screen under "About and Help".

If you are sure you want to delete your account click on it.

Step 2

A pop-up with important information about the deletion process will appear. You must read this information to understand the consequences and terms of the deletion of your account, especially for those who have a paid subscription to ShipAtlas.

If you still want to delete your account after reading this information, click "Next".

Step 4

Before permanently deleting your account, you get the option to share your feedback on ShipAtlas. This step is entirely optional, but as always, we appreciate any feedback to help us improve our product in the future😊.

When you are ready to move forward with the deletion process, click "Continue".

Step 5

This is the final step of your deletion process and you will after this lose all your data with no option to restore the account later. You must be completely sure of your decision as there is no room for regret after this step.

If you want to change your mind regarding the deletion, you can always click on the "Cancel" button and safely return to the "My Profile" overview in ShipAtlas.

Are you, however, still sure about your choice and want to permanently delete your account, click "Delete Account".

If your request went through, your screen should be showing a pop-up telling you that the account deletion is in progress. The deletion process can take up to 24 hours from your request is sent in. Remember that you can still use the app while waiting for us to delete your account.
