Want to delete your user in ShipAtlas? We are sad to see you go, but as always we prioritize our customer support. This guide will help you delete your account from our Web platform.

How to Delete Your ShipAtlas Account

Step 1:

Click on your personal icon in the lower-left corner of your screen. This will bring you to the "My Profile" page in ShipAtlas.

Once you're on the "My Profile" page, you can find a red text in the lower-right corner of your screen saying "Delete account". If you are sure you want to delete your account, click on it.

Step 2 & 3:

After clicking the "Delete Your Account" button, a pop-up will provide you with important information about the deletion process. It is crucial to read this information carefully to understand the consequences and terms of deleting your account, especially if you have a paid subscription to ShipAtlas.

If you change your mind regarding the deletion, click on the "Cancel" button and safely return to the "My Profile" page in ShipAtlas.

If you still want to delete your account after reading the information, click on "Next".

Before permanently deleting your account, you have the option to provide feedback on our product. While this step is entirely optional, we would greatly appreciate any comments to help us improve our product in the future๐Ÿ˜Š

If you are ready to move forward with the deletion process, click on "Next".

If not, click on "Cancel".

Step 4:

This is the final step of your deletion process. After this, you will lose all your data with no option to restore the account later. You must be completely sure of your decision as there is no room for regret after this step.

If you do change your mind regarding the deletion you can click on the "Cancel" button and return safely to the "My Profile" page in ShipAtlas.

However, if you are sure about your choice and want to permanently delete your ShipAtlas account click on "Delete Account".

If your request went through, your screen should be showing a pop-up telling you that the account deletion is in progress. The deletion process can take up to 24 hours from your request being sent in. Remember that you can still use the app while waiting for us to delete your account.
