In this article, we will explain how to cancel or change your subscriptions in ShipAtlas.

This guide is meant for all users who started their subscription through the ShipAtlas app.

If you started your subscription in the web version of ShipAtlas you will have to cancel it there. You can learn more about how to do it HERE.


How to Cancel Your Subscriptions in the ShipAtlas App

Step 1

Open your ShipAtlas app and click on the icon of a person in your main menu.

Step 2

Click on "Manage Subscription" or "View Subscription".

Now, depending on your supplier, you will most likely be brought to the App Store or Google Play, where you will get an overview of your subscriptions. Ship

Step 3

Choose your ShipAtlas subscription.

When doing so your provider will open a new tab with detailed information about this particular subscription. The option to cancel your subscription will be presented at the bottom of the screen.

Note: Usually, the date of the monthly payment of your subscription does not match the date of your cancellation. Therefore, it is normal that you will continue to have access to all the paid features until your last subscription payment runs out.

How to Change Your Subscriptions in the ShipAtlas App

Step 1

Whether you want to upgrade or downgrade, it is an easy fix in the ShipAtlas app.

Simply follow the same step 1 and 2 from above, but instead of clicking on the cancellation button, you can choose "See all plans".

Step 2

Click on the subscription you want to change to and follow the steps provided by your supplier.
