This guide is meant for all users who started their subscription through ShipAtlas mobile app.
If you started your subscription in the web version of ShipAtlas you will have to cancel it there. You can learn more about how to do it HERE.
Step 1 & 2:
Open your ShipAtlas app and click on the person icon in the main menu. Then select "Manage Subscription." You will likely be redirected to the App Store or Google Play to manage and view your subscription. Choose your ShipAtlas subscription.

Step 3:
After selecting your ShipAtlas subscription, your provider will open a new tab displaying detailed information about it. The option to cancel your subscription will be available at the bottom of the screen.
Note: Usually, the date of the monthly payment of your subscription does not match the date of your cancellation. Therefore, it is normal that you will continue to have access to all the paid features until your last subscription payment runs out.
