When you become familiar with ShipAtlas, you will observe that there are buttons placed in the ship and port information cards. These buttons work as shortcuts for other features in ShipAtlas and in this guide, we are going to explain the purpose of each of these buttons.
The Shortcut Buttons Menu in a Vessel or Port Card
The Location Icon: A shortcut called "Locate in map" which allows you to view the given ship or port in the ShipAtlas map.
The Route Icon: A Shortcut called "Create route" which allows you to create a sea route with the ship or port you have clicked on.
The List Icon: A Shortcut called "Add vessel to list". This button allows you to add the ship to the existing vessel list or you can create a new vessel list from here. This shortcut option is available only in ship information cards.
The Arrow Icon: A shortcut called "View vessel details" or "View port details" will bring you to more detailed ship or port information card.
The Bell Icon: A Shortcut called "Notifications". This button will allow you to access and set up notifications for the given ship that you have clicked on. Choose type of notifications, set them to all ports or a specific port and click "Follow". This shortcut option is available only in ship information cards.
