In this guide, we'll show you step-by-step how to upgrade and take advantage of all that ShipAtlas offers. So, let's get started!π
How to Upgrade
There are multiple upgrade buttons throughout the app if you are on a ShipAtlas free account; however, we will show you the easiest way how to upgrade through ShipAtlas.
Step 1:
Navigate to the "My Profile" page in ShipAtlas by clicking on your icon at the bottom of the ShipAtlas menu.
Under your profile, you'll see a section called "Your Plan" followed by the name of your current subscription plan. Click on the blue "Upgrade" button next to it.
Step 2:
You now have to decide what kind of billing cycle and subscription plan you want for your upgrade. In ShipAtlas, you can choose between a 1-month, 3-month, and 12-month billing cycle for both the Standard and Premium Plans.

Note: You can upgrade your subscription for 1-month only through ShipAtlas mobile.
Once you have chosen your preferred subscription, select your desired billing cycle (1) and click the "Upgrade now" button under the plan you want (2). This will bring you a payment page in Stripe.
Step 3:
Fill in the information needed for your upgrade and hit the "Subscribe" button at the bottom of your screen when you are done.
If your payment is successful, ShipAtlas will confirm your purchase by returning you to ShipAtlas and displaying the following screen:
Head back to Stripe to view your billing information by clicking "See billing info", or start enjoying your new features by clicking "Home".
