How to Search for Vessels or Ports

When you are on the ShipAtlas map you will find the search function at top-left side of your screen.

Step 1

Click the search bar and select whether you want to search for a vessel or a port.

Step 2

Type the name of the vessel or port. A list of matching results will appear as you type. If you do not see what you are looking for, continue typing to refine your results.

πŸ’‘ Tip: You can also search for vessels by IMO or MMSI number, and for ports by UN/LOCODE or country name. This is especially useful if a vessel has recently changed its name.
