How to Access Our Customer Support Chat

Step 1:

Click on the "Contact us" button, located at the lower-left corner of your screen. This will open the customer support chat.

Step 2:

Once the chat is opened, you can contact us by clicking on "Send us a message".

Type your question, feedback, or comment, and when you're ready, click the "Send" button. We aim to respond to all our customers within 12 hours.

When you are done, close the chat by clicking on the "X" in the upper-right corner of the chat.

Good to know:

You can also access our customer support chat on our website by clicking on a blue circle with a chat symbol, located at the lower-right side of your screen.
