Now that you have set up an account in ShipAtlas, you must learn how to manage it.

How to Access Your Profile Settings

Step 1:

Click on your personal icon in the left corner at the bottom of your screen. This will bring you to the "My Profile" page in ShipAtlas.

Step 2:

On the "My Profile" page, you can edit your account settings, view your activity log, access ShipAtlas customer support and user guides, and manage your subscription.

You can also find the EULA, subscription agreement, cookie policy, and privacy policy.

How to Edit Your Account Details

Step 1:

Click on the button under your profile that says "Settings".

Step 2:

To edit your account details, click on the section you want to change or add to.

  • The "Edit profile" page allows you to edit your account details such as your name and last name, phone number, bio, and user type. It is also where you can change your password, which you can read more about HERE.

  • The "User Settings" page allows you to turn on notifications for your mobile app.

When you are done editing click on the "Save Changes" button to update your profile.
