Or you can reset your password from the user setting in your ShipIntel on the web:
You will then open a new screen where you have different options to change your team and account details, an overview of your purchases, as well as the option to change your password.
If you click the button "Change password" in the upper right corner a small window opens - click "Send me my link" to receive an e-mail with a link to how to reset your password.
If you click on the link you have received in your e-mail you will be sent to a new page where you can enter your new password.
