just like the one you are reading right now! You can among other places, find them on our websites or open them from our app.
If you get any questions on how to use our app we recommend you try them out.
How to Open Our User Guides from ShipIntel
Go to "My Profile"page by clicking the "Person Button" in the map.
Then, click on the "Help" section.
Choose the option that says "User Guide" in the pop-up that appears.
ShipAtlas will automatically bring you to our website.
Read the descriptions of the guides and open the user guide that best fits your question.
How to open our customer support chat
Go to the"My Profile" page and click on the "Help" section.
Once you have done this, click on "Chat".
You have now opened the chat side and you can choose between two options.
Start a new conversation.
To do this, click on the "Send us a message" button and start typing!
We try to answer all our customers within 12 hours.Read earlier conversations with us.
Just click on "See all your conversations". Then start scrolling and click on whatever previous conversation you want to read. This could be very helpful if you are wondering about something you recall asking us about before.
