ShipAtlas team always strives to deliver the best customer support whenever you need it the most. Therefore, we have created an easy way for you to reach out to us.

Step 1:

Go to "My Profile" and click on the "Help" section, then click on "Chat".

Step 2:

You have now opened the chat and can send us a message by clicking on "Send us a message" button. Then write your question, feedback or comment to us and once it is read click "Send" button! We try to answer all our customers within 12 hours.

Note: you can also access our customer support chat on our website by clicking on a blue circle with a chat symbol, located at the bottom-right side of your screen.
