How to Delete Your Account – ShipAtlas Mobile

In this guide, you will learn how to permanently delete your ShipAtlas account.

⚠️ Note: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

All data will be lost. If you have an active subscription or may need your data later, contact customer support before proceeding.


Delete Your Account

Step 1

Tap the Person icon in the bottom menu to open My Profile.

Select My Account, and select Delete Your Account.

Step 2

Read the information about the deletion process carefully.

Tap Continue if you wish to proceed.

Step 3

You may provide feedback about your experience.

Tap Continue to proceed.

Step 4

To complete the process:

  • Tap Delete Account to permanently delete your account

  • Or tap Cancel to return to your profile

💡 Tip: If you are unsure, contact support before deleting your account.

Step 5

After deleting your account, you will be logged out and a confirmation message will appear.
