Open the Customer Support Chat
Step 1
Tap the Person icon in the bottom menu to open My Profile.
Select Chat.
Step 2
The Customer Support menu will open. Here you can view previous conversations with our support team by tapping Messages.
To start a new conversation, tap Send us a message.
Step 3
Write your question or feedback, and tap send.
💡Tip: Our usual reply time is 30 minutes. We aim to respond to all messages within 12 hours.
