Access the user guides
To make it easy to get help, you can access the user guides in two ways within ShipAtlas.

Step 1
Tap the Person icon in the bottom menu to open My Profile.
Step 2
Select User Guide.
You will be redirected to the ShipAtlas Help Center.
Step 3
Browse the guides and select the one that fits your needs.

Tap the Person icon in the bottom menu to open My Profile.
Step 2
Select Chat. The Customer Support pop-up will open.
Step 3
Scroll to the bottom of the chat window.
Tap Guide for ShipAtlas Mobile.
Step 4
You will be redirected to the Help Center, where you can browse and open guides.
You are now ready to access and explore user guides in ShipAtlas.
