To make it easy to get help, you can access the user guides in two ways within ShipAtlas.

Step 1
Tap the Person icon in the bottom menu to open My Profile, and select User Guide. You will be redirected to the ShipAtlas Help Center.
Step 2
Browse the guides and select the one that fits your needs.

Tap the Person icon in the bottom menu to open My Profile, and select Chat. The Customer Support pop-up will open.
Step 2
Scroll to the bottom of the chat window.
Tap Guide for ShipAtlas Mobile.
Step 3
You will be redirected to the Help Center, where you can browse and open guides.
