Sometimes after purchasing your subscription, the mobile app may not update immediately. In this case, you can manually restore access.
Reinstate Your Subscription
Step 1
Tap the Person icon to open My Profile. To reinstate your subscription, tap Upgrade to open the subscription plans overview.
Step 2
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Already subscribed?
Step 3
A pop-up will confirm that an active subscription has been found.
Close the pop-up and continue using your subscription.
If You Can´t Find the “Already Subscribed?” Button
In some cases, the “Already subscribed?” button may not be visible due to your device’s text or display size settings. This typically happens if text is enlarged or bolded.
To make the button visible, you may need to adjust your device’s display and text size settings back to default.
Follow the instructions below for your device. Once updated, return to the app and repeat the steps above.
For Apple Devices

Go to:
Settings → Accessibility → Display & Text Size
Adjust the following if needed:
Turn off Bold Text
Reduce Text Size using the slider
For Android Devices
For Android Devices
Go to:
Settings → Font size / Display size
Adjust the following:
Reduce Font size
Reduce Display size
Turn off Bold text (if enabled
