Notifications help you stay updated on events such as when a vessel arrives, departs, or changes its destination. You can also also choose to receive notifications for specific ports or all ports.
Turn on notifications
Step 1
Find and select the vessel you want to manage notifications for.
Tap the Bell icon in the vessel information card.

Step 2
Select the notification types you want to receive by tapping the toggle buttons.
A blue toggle means the notification is enabled
A gray toggle means the notification is disabled
Step 3
Choose whether notifications apply to all ports, or select specific ports to focus on.
A blue checkmark confirms your selection. Remember to tap Confirm before continuing.
Step 4
When you are done, tap Save. You will receive a confirmation of your changes, and the Bell icon will turn blue to indicate that notifications are now active.
Turn off notifications
To turn off notifications, repeat the steps and disable the selected toggles.
Then, tap Save.
You are now ready to manage notifications for vessels in ShipAtlas.
