ShipAtlas groups vessels into 14 different segments.
You can choose to display all segments or only the ones relevant to you.
Add or remove vessel segments
Step 1
Open the map view in ShipAtlas.
Tap the Vessel icon below the search bar to open the Vessel Segments menu.
Segments with a blue toggle are currently visible on the map.
Segments with a gray toggle are hidden.
Step 2
To remove a segment from the map, tap the blue toggle next to the segment you want to disable. The toggle will turn gray, meaning that segment is no longer displayed.
Step 3
To display a segment, tap the gray toggle next to the segment you want to enable.
The toggle will turn blue, and vessels from that segment will appear on the map.
Tip: You can enable multiple segments at the same time.
Swipe the vessel segment menu down, or tap the map behind it to close the menu. Tap any vessel on the map to open its vessel information card.
Add or remove all vessel segments
Step 1
Open the Vessel Segments menu. Tap Show all vessels at the top of the segment menu to display all vessel segments on the map.
Step 2
Swipe the vessel segment menu down or tap the map to close the menu. Tap any vessel on the map to open its vessel information card.
Repeat the process to remove all vessel segments.
You are now ready to add or remove vessel segments on the ShipAtlas map.
