How to Use the Blue Button Menu in ShipAtlas

In this guide, you will learn what the blue buttons mean when you select a vessel or port in ShipAtlas.

The Blue Button menu

When you tap a vessel or port on the map, an information card appears.

At the bottom of this card you will see a row of blue buttons.

These buttons act as shortcuts to important features in ShipAtlas.

When selecting a vessel, the following buttons may appear.

Notifications

Tap the Bell icon to set up notifications for the selected vessel.

You will receive updates when important events occur for that vessel.

Add to List

Tap the List icon to add the vessel to a vessel list.

You can also create a new list.

Voyage History

Tap the Clock icon to view the voyage history of the vessel.

This allows you to see previous movements and port calls.

PAID FEATURE: This feature is a limited feature in the Free plan. Full access is included in paid plans.

Create Route

Tap the Route icon to create a sea route involving the selected vessel or port.

Add Image

Tap the Camera icon to upload an image of the vessel.

You can take a new photo or upload one from your personal gallery.

When selecting a port, the following buttons may appear.

Create Route

Tap the Route icon to create a sea route to or from the selected port.

Add Image

Tap the Camera icon to upload an image of the port.

You can take a new photo or upload one from your personal gallery.


You are now ready to use the blue button menu in ShipAtlas.
